About The Position

This role involves developing, implementing, and executing quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. The Executive Director will engage with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction. This position is responsible for the overall management and financial performance of the Community, providing hands-on supervision and empowering team members to consistently deliver high-quality care for our residents. The Executive Director will actively nurture a motivating environment that encourages collaborative problem-solving and aims to enhance the overall satisfaction of every team member, while ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations. Additionally, this role collaborates with the marketing and sales team to strategically oversee and enhance occupancy development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
  • RCA or HFA licensure required at applicable locations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
  • Experience in effective budget management and strong understanding of financial statements and reports
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
