Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of the assisted living community.
- Ensure gracious hospitality and neighborliness for residents and families.
- Foster a home-like feel and comfort for residents and visitors.
- Organize entertaining events and gatherings for residents to find connections.
- Maintain industry leadership in clinical care.
- Provide support and training to sales professionals.
- Oversee extensive corporate support and training programs.
