About The Position

Clemens Food Group is entering a new phase of growth and is looking for a transformational Talent Acquisition leader to help shape what comes next. As Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, this role will redefine recruiting and is a highly visible, enterprise-impact role where strategy, leadership, and vision will influence how the organization attracts, develops, and retains talent. The position partners directly with executive leadership and plays a critical role in building the pipeline that powers the future, including a potential path to senior leadership. This role offers enterprise-wide impact across a growing, people-first organization, the opportunity to modernize and transform Talent Acquisition at scale, direct exposure to executive leadership and long-term succession planning, and ownership of TA, Organizational Development, and Communications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR and Talent Acquisition leadership experience
• Proven success leading transformation and improving recruiting performance
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategy to business outcomes
• Executive presence and the ability to influence across all levels
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, analytics, and emerging recruiting technologies

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute a forward-looking talent acquisition and workforce strategy aligned to aggressive growth goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on talent trends, market insights, and organizational effectiveness
• Lead and develop a high-performing TA, OD, and Communications team
• Drive operational excellence—improving hiring efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience
• Strengthen employer brand and external talent networks to position CFG as an employer of choice
• Leverage analytics and data to inform strategy and influence decision-making
• Champion continuous improvement, emerging technologies, and AI-driven recruiting innovation
