As Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, you won’t just lead recruiting - you’ll redefine it. This is a highly visible, enterprise-impact role where your strategy, leadership, and vision will influence how we attract, develop, and retain talent across the entire organization. You’ll partner directly with executive leadership and play a critical role in building the pipeline that powers our future including a potential path to senior leadership. Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR and Talent Acquisition leadership experience
• Proven success leading transformation and improving recruiting performance
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategy to business outcomes
• Executive presence and the ability to influence across all levels
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, analytics, and emerging recruiting technologies

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute a forward-looking talent acquisition and workforce strategy aligned to aggressive growth goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on talent trends, market insights, and organizational effectiveness
• Lead and develop a high-performing TA, OD, and Communications team
• Drive operational excellence—improving hiring efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience
• Strengthen employer brand and external talent networks to position CFG as an employer of choice
• Leverage analytics and data to inform strategy and influence decision-making
• Champion continuous improvement, emerging technologies, and AI-driven recruiting innovation
