The Reno Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority (RSCVA) is Northern Nevada’s premier destination marketing organization, focused on showcasing Reno, Sparks, and the Tahoe region to drive tourism and economic growth. The organization operates facilities including the Reno Sparks Convention Center, the Reno Sparks Events Center, and the National Bowling Stadium. The Executive Director of Sales is responsible for leading the development and implementation of convention sales, meeting all sales goals, and providing leadership in long and short-term planning. This position also involves interfacing with stakeholder property owners to coordinate sales goals with their requirements. The Executive Director of Sales is responsible for developing and administering the department’s budget, reallocating resources as needed, and serving as an active participant in the executive team.
