About The Position

The Executive Director of Policy, Procedure, and Training oversees policy, procedure, licensing, regulatory compliance, and divisional training. The role researches, validates, and develops best practices; works with leadership to improve processes; and drives consistent implementation of policies and procedures across the division. It also oversees regulatory, payer, contractual, and accreditation standards related to service delivery, and leads the development and oversight of division-wide training plans and training-effectiveness tracking.

Responsibilities

• Research, validate, and develop best practices, including policies, procedures, and forms, in accordance with regulations and license requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and eliminate inefficient or ineffective procedures while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement division-wide practices to meet licensing and payer audit requirements.
• Drive standardization and implementation of policies, guidelines, and procedures across the division.
• Review contracts and program regulatory requirements and coordinate operational implementation.
• Oversee regulatory, payer, contractual, and accreditation standards for programs within the division, specific to service-delivery compliance.
• Develop and oversee the division-wide training plan.
• Ensure training development and implementation are effective and meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with the enterprise training committee and LMS team as needed to align divisional direction and practices with enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Supervise the design of methods to track the effectiveness of training and policy and procedure implementation, as well as regulatory compliance, using strategic planning initiatives and system capabilities.
