The leader will fully leverage generative AI, automation, and modular content systems to scale personalization and improve efficiency across design, photography, video, and interactive media. As the Executive Director of Creative Technology & Experience within the Private Bank, you are responsible for advancing an experience-led, visually driven, AI-accelerated creative practice for J.P. Morgan Private Bank. As expectations among ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients continue to rise, differentiation is defined not only by advice and performance, but by the intelligence, elegance, and adaptability of every brand interaction. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of creative experts spanning print, digital, UX, data storytelling, and design, and you will have a proven track record of guiding work from concept through production across in-person and digital channels.
