We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Executive Director to lead our family-owned independent living community with both strong leadership and genuine care. In this role, relationships come first, decisions are personal, and your impact is visible every day in the lives of residents and team members alike. The Executive Director (ED) is fully responsible for community operations and quality of service and is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational management, and overall direction to the organization. The ED ensures the organization's programs and services align with its mission to empower individuals with disabilities to live independently. Responsibilities include financial success, census growth, appropriate staffing, day-to-day operations, and meeting any operational standards set forth by senior leadership. The ED must always be available to the community’s needs even when not on duty.
