Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency operating throughout Arizona, providing residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services. These services are offered to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. CBI is recognized as a premiere non-profit provider of substance use and behavioral health programs, utilizing cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models for prevention, education, and treatment. The F/ACT Independent Living Specialists are tasked with working directly with SMI clients in their homes or in the field to foster the development of independent living skills. These skills encompass a range of activities including food shopping, navigating bus routes, home cleaning, maintaining proper hygiene, and cultivating relationships with supportive family and community-based networks. A significant aspect of this role requires being in the field at least 80% of the time, actively assisting clients in developing skills crucial for sustaining ongoing recovery. Additionally, this position involves providing after-hour and on-call support.
