About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency in Arizona, providing residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. CBI is a non-profit provider of substance use and behavioral health programs, utilizing evidence-based models. The F/ACT Independent Living Specialists work with SMI clients in their homes or in the field to develop essential independent living skills. These skills include, but are not limited to, food shopping, learning bus routes, home cleaning, proper hygiene, maintaining supportive family relationships, and developing community-based supports. This role requires being in the field at least 80% of the time and involves providing after-hour and on-call support.

Requirements

Highschool Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health
1 or more years of clerical and/or administrative experience

Responsibilities

Work with SMI clients in their homes or in the field to develop independent living skills
Assist clients with food shopping
Assist clients with learning bus routes
