About The Position
The independent Living Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our 31 retirement apartment community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years experience in senior living or healthcare management.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
- Financial management and budgeting experiencing.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff.
- Develop and implement programs, activities that support independent living residents
- Responsible for marketing and occupancy efforts.
- Foster a positive resident-centered culture
