About The Position

The independent Living Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our 31 retirement apartment community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years experience in senior living or healthcare management.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Financial management and budgeting experiencing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision to staff.
  • Develop and implement programs, activities that support independent living residents
  • Responsible for marketing and occupancy efforts.
  • Foster a positive resident-centered culture
