About The Position

Leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of K-8 literacy and early childhood instructional programs to ensure equitable student outcomes and alignment with district academic priorities.

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• 7+ years of work experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Office equipment (e.g., computer, copier) proficiency

Responsibilities

• Leads development and execution of district-wide K-8 literacy and early childhood instructional strategy
• Oversees instructional materials and implementation fidelity across schools
• Directs professional learning systems to build teacher and leader capacity in foundational instruction
• Analyzes student performance data to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
• Manages cross-functional collaboration with schools, operations, and assessment teams
• Develops and manages departmental budgets, resources, and staff performance
• Other duties as assigned.
