About The Position

ANV, a brand of AmTrust Financial, is seeking an experienced End User Support Technician to provide white-glove, high-touch technical support for our New York City office. This highly visible role serves as the primary point of contact for executive-level (C-suite) technology support, including conference room technology, mobile devices, and end-user computing needs. The ideal candidate is polished, professional, and comfortable supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in End User, Desktop, or IT Support roles
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and mobile device support
  • Experience supporting conference room and video conferencing technology
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work fully onsite in a professional executive environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting boardrooms or executive briefing centers
  • Familiarity with ITSM or ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar)
  • Background in financial services or professional services environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide white-glove, concierge-level IT support to C-suite executives and senior leaders
  • Deliver hands-on support for conference room and AV technology (Teams, Zoom, WebEx, displays, microphones)
  • Support and troubleshoot mobile devices including iPhones, iPads, MFA, VPN, and device enrollment
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows desktops/laptops, peripherals, printers, and docking stations
  • Provide on-site technology support for executive meetings, board meetings, and high profile presentations
  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
  • Partner with IT teams, vendors, and facilities to resolve complex issues
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and assets in the ticketing system
  • Assist with executive onboarding and offboarding
