About The Position

The Executive Creative Director, Health & Wellness will partner with agency and client leadership to shape the future of the business and raise the creative ambition of the account. This leader will guide work that is culturally relevant, strategically rigorous, beautifully crafted, and effective throughout the customer journey. The role requires credible health and wellness experience, ideally including women's health or adjacent categories, and the ability to communicate complex or sensitive health topics clearly, empathetically, inclusively, and responsibly. As the senior creative partner to the client, the Executive Creative Director will bring a connected point of view across brand storytelling, social and creator-led work, retail environments, commerce, content, and activation. They will build, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary teams while staying involved enough in the work to elevate ideas and execution at every stage. The role sets the overarching creative vision and standards for the account, develops connected ideas across channels, leads senior client relationships and executive presentations, and guides teams from insight and ideation through production and launch. It calls for strong understanding of modern culture, social behaviors, creators, retail, commerce, and thoughtful use of innovation, technology, and AI. The position is based remotely in Massachusetts, with candidates also able to reside in Boston, New York, Connecticut, or Rhode Island. Dentsu's hybrid working approach includes remote flexibility and regular in-person collaboration; employees within 90 minutes of a headquarters or hub office may be required to work in-office two to three days per week, including one Team Day, and all employees should be flexible to attend an office as business needs require.
