Microsoft’s Total Rewards organization is looking for a strategic and analytical executive compensation professional to join our team as an Executive Compensation Program Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to designing, delivering, maintaining, and evolving executive compensation programs that are compliant and in support of Microsoft’s pay priorities. This is an impact-driven individual contributor role focused on compensation analysis, modeling, consulting, and executive compensation governance. You will partner across the executive compensation team, HR Business Partners, Legal, and other relevant business partners to develop data-driven insights, models, and collateral that support our executive compensation programs. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor and clear communication, with the ability to translate complex pay and governance considerations into practical guidance for a broad set of stakeholders.
