Position Purpose: Responsible for managing the compensation function for multiple organizations, or managing multiple functions within compensation. Designs, implements, communicates, and drives compensation programs such as base pay, incentive pay, and equity programs to provide a competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to employees. Responsibilities may focus on executive compensation with responsibility for the agenda, research, analysis, and preparation of materials for the Leadership, Development and Compensation Committee Board meetings and recommendations for executive compensation policies and practices. Consults with HR clients to assist them with compensation decisions or issues.
