Requirements

• A former CEO, Owner, or President (company revenue $3M+ and 10+ employees)
• Looking to transition from success to significance

• A natural mentor and coach with a heart for helping leaders grow

Responsibilities

• Lead Monthly Peer Groups – Facilitate curated Councils of non-competing CEOs and business owners
• Coach 1-on-1 – Guide leaders through strategic and values-based decisions
• Host Transformational Events – Create spaces for growth, renewal, and community
• Build Your Business – Use a proven platform to grow a practice with meaningful income potential
