ProSidian Seeks a Executive Coach | Executive Coaching [USARC0013013] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual in The CONUS - Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC and Virtual Delivery) Area Contract Contingent, generally located across the CONUS - Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC and Virtual Delivery) Across The Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region supporting a Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training environment. The Executive Coach | Executive Coaching [USARC0013013] is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Executive Consultant/SME II. We seek Executive Coach | Executive Coaching [USARC0013013] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Executive Coaching Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Civilian Training Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as an Executive Coach [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Executive Coaching Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector. This role focusses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) Generally Located In CONUS - Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC and Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual. Developing mission-ready leaders through individualized coaching, strategic guidance, and measurable leadership growth. The Executive Coaching Training program is a personalized leadership development engagement designed to help professionals maximize leadership effectiveness, business acumen, and organizational impact. Through structured one-on-one coaching sessions, participants receive individualized guidance, targeted feedback, and actionable development strategies tailored to their professional goals and organizational responsibilities. The program combines executive coaching methodologies, leadership assessments, reflective learning, and performance improvement planning to accelerate growth, strengthen decision-making, and enhance leadership influence. Learning Objectives: Develop leadership effectiveness; strengthen communication and interpersonal skills; enhance business acumen; improve decision-making; increase self-awareness and emotional intelligence; overcome professional barriers; and create actionable leadership development plans.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership development, executive coaching, or organizational consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree/certified coaching credential preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership development, executive coaching, or organizational consulting.
  • This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the DOD/Military Sector and Executive Coach Candidates principally support Executive Coaching Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines.
  • Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities, Executive Coaching, and Functional Area Activities.
  • Executive coaching, leadership assessment, facilitation, communication, and emotional intelligence.
  • Leadership development, influence, strategic thinking, resilience, stakeholder engagement.
  • NACI eligibility required; supports USARC CPMO Civilian Leadership & Development Program; in-person and virtual delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions; assess leadership strengths and barriers; develop action plans; support leadership effectiveness, communication, and business acumen.
  • Integrates LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methodologies.
  • The Executive Coach typically provides six (6) Individual Sessions @ 1.5 Hours Each (9 Total Hours).
  • Individual Coaching (Virtual or In-Person) Engagements serving as an Executive Consultant/SME II, Executive Coach / Senior Leadership SME aligned with NAICS: 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training and Knowledge Management.
  • Executive Coaching professional specialty requires one-on-one executive coaching, leadership assessment, facilitated dialogue, developmental planning, business acumen, and senior-level advisory capability.
