About The Position
The Executive Chef at The Preston of the Park Cities, a Watermark Retirement Communities community in Dallas, Texas, brings culinary vision, creativity, and a commitment to quality to resident dining. The role leads and inspires a culinary team and helps create thoughtful, memorable dining experiences that foster connection and support the community’s mission. Watermark is a senior housing provider with more than 30 years of leadership in the field.
Requirements
- Two-year A.O.S. degree from an accredited culinary arts program, or equivalent work experience.
- Four years of progressive culinary or kitchen experience.
- Four years of management or supervisory experience.
- Fine dining experience.
- Catering experience.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office suite, email, and e-commerce-based tools.
- ServSafe certification.

- Help create exceptional, thoughtful dining experiences for residents.
