About The Position

Chartwells Higher Education is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account in Arcata, California. The role manages and leads a team of associates and oversees account safety and sanitation. The Executive Chef manages cost controls and expenditures, plans and creates menus, purchases and manages inventory, and rolls out new culinary programs with the marketing and culinary teams.

Requirements

• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High-volume production and catering experience.
• Previous experience managing cost controls.

• Culinary degree preferred.
