About The Position
The Executive Chef oversees the establishment’s culinary operations and ensures high-quality dining experiences for guests. The role includes developing menu offerings, managing kitchen staff, overseeing food preparation and presentation, and working alongside team members. The Executive Chef collaborates with management on special events and works closely with regional leaders. The position requires willingness to travel or relocate to Naples, Clearwater, and/or Sarasota.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to Naples, Clearwater, and/or Sarasota.
