About The Position

Culinary Dropout, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is hiring an Executive Chef immediately. The role is in a high-energy, high-volume restaurant environment focused on show-stopping food, phenomenal cocktails, and genuine hospitality. The Executive Chef manages restaurant shifts and operations, supports and develops the team, ensures food quality and cleanliness, and creates memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations. Compensation is $85,000 to $110,000 per year, with a 25% bonus opportunity. Applications will be accepted until November 24, 2026. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Requirements

At least 5 years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
Understanding of business operations and financials.
Understanding of food ingredients, including their flavors, aromas, and characteristics.
Ability to perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
Understanding of POS systems and OpenTable or other digital/online reservation systems.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
