About The Position

Join our team as an Executive Chef who brings their passion for great food, teamwork, and culinary experience to join our team of award-winning chefs and dining management talent. We are looking for a strong hospitality experience and a proven track record of success that will help drive our innovative Signature Menu Dining Programs which include from-scratch cooking and chef-inspired culinary creations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
  • Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and food presentation
  • Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

Nice To Haves

  • Fine dining experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee food purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, and presentation while managing food production staff within budget.
  • Supervise and maintain menus, recipes, and back-of-house systems.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, equipment sanitation, and completion of monthly sanitation audits.
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety, health department, and HACCP regulations.
  • Partner with leadership to resolve food production, preparation, and presentation issues while ensuring high-quality dining experiences.
  • Build strong resident relationships through regular dining room visits and resident meetings.
