About The Position

The Executive Catering Manager (sales and operations) is responsible for the successful execution of all catering events. The position oversees sales and event-order communications; scheduling and training service staff; planning, delivery, setup, and cleanup; and accurate invoicing for daily events. The manager supervises 5–10 hourly employees, including delivery and culinary personnel.

Requirements

• At least two years of similar work experience.
• Ability to interact with a diverse, high-volume customer base in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Ability to use a web-based ordering system and process customer requests, order changes, menu updates, and client profiles.
• Proficiency with word-processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to write professional, efficient emails to clients and customers.
• Ability to meet company-specific uniform standards.
• Ability to use personal protective equipment according to company guidelines.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, complete tasks without direct instruction, and solve problems effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
