About The Position

Tribble Electric is looking for an Executive Business Partner to join their team. This role is designed to be an extension of the Executive Vice President (EVP), managing details and translating vision into action across the business. Responsibilities include preparing for leadership meetings, managing a busy calendar, guiding marketing initiatives, supporting brand refresh efforts, and ensuring key projects remain on track. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership, and is passionate about contributing to growth.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience blending executive support with marketing, communications, or office management, preferably in a growing company.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment; quick to take initiative.
• Skilled in practical marketing, including social media, simple design tools like Canva, clear writing, and vendor coordination.
• Possess a warm, professional, and genuine demeanor.
• Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.

Nice To Haves

• Communication or Marketing degree preferred.
• Experience in construction, trades, or another relationship-driven, in-person business.

Responsibilities

• Executive support for the EVP, including calendar management, travel arrangements, inbox triage, meeting preparation, and follow-through.
• Office coordination to ensure smooth team operations during company growth.
• Support the execution of marketing, branding, and community engagement initiatives, providing direction and coordination with internal and external partners.
• Undertake special projects related to company growth, such as brand rollout, process improvements, and other business-advancing initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted, discreet, and steady presence for the EVP and the broader team.
