About The Position

The Executive Business Partner to the SVP of Revenue Strategy, Operations & Account Development operates as a trusted extension of executive leadership, functioning as a strategic operator, project manager, and thought partner. This role is central to a large, fast-moving Revenue Strategy, Operations & Account Development organization, utilizing judgment, initiative, and influence to ensure the VP and her team operate at peak velocity. The EBP will manage the executive experience end-to-end, anticipating needs, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, and executing on ambiguous requests. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy being the connective tissue of a high-performing organization.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience supporting VP-level or above executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to operate with discretion, sound judgment, and high EQ in sensitive or ambiguous situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills (writing, speaking, and representation with polish and precision).
  • A track record of building systems and processes that scale, not just executing tasks.
  • Ability to maintain San Francisco business hours (Pacific Time), regardless of location.
  • Flexibility to travel approximately once per month for onsites and executive support.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a Revenue Operations, GTM, or Sales organization.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
  • Comfort with productivity and AI tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, AI assistants).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the VP's calendar, communications, and daily operating rhythm with foresight.
  • Plan and book complex multi-leg domestic and international travel (~1 trip/month), including buffers, prep materials, and stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Act as a trusted liaison to senior leaders, investors, and cross-functional partners, representing the VP in all interactions.
  • Own expenses, team meeting agendas, action item tracking, and behind-the-scenes coordination for the organization.
  • Lead planning and execution of team onsites, offsites, and executive events with high attention to detail.
  • Take on high-impact, time-sensitive projects, such as preparing executive briefings and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Champion Samsara's operating principles and model them daily.
