Senior Manager, Executive Business Partner

StravaSan Francisco, CA
$200,000 - $225,000Onsite

About The Position

The Office of the CEO operates at the center of Strava's most consequential decisions. Shelby Rhodes, Chief of Staff and Product Operations, leads a function committed to making the executive office run with precision, clarity, and trust. As Strava scales toward its next chapter, the executive support team needs dedicated people leadership as much as it needs operational excellence. As Senior Manager, Executive Business Partner, you will lead a team of 7 EBPs while remaining closely embedded in the CEO's office alongside Shelby. This is a player-coach role in the truest sense, you are responsible for the performance and development of your team and for ensuring the CEO's operational needs are met with the highest level of judgment and discretion. The right person leads by example, models calm in high-stakes moments, and raises the bar of everyone around them. This is a full-time, in-office role based in our San Francisco office.
