About The Position

Chelsea Piers is seeking a highly capable Executive Associate to work directly with and in support of the CEO. This is a multi-faceted role - part executive assistant, part analyst, part operational integrator, not a conventional administrative position. The right person will be intellectually curious, independently minded, and a resourceful self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do next. The CEO oversees a complex, multi-layered business spanning real estate, fitness, sports, events, and hospitality. He moves quickly, thinks analytically, and holds work to a high standard. The Executive Associate will need to earn trust through the quality of their output and the soundness of their judgment. For the right candidate, this is a rare opportunity to work closely with and learn from a seasoned CEO leading a dynamic, growing business with significant breadth and complexity.
