The Executive Assistant will monitor the current status of work for assigned Leadership, anticipate needs by gathering information, and assist the Executive in preparation for meetings and other duties. This role involves maintaining travel arrangements, appointment calendars, and arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences. The Executive Assistant will also assist in preparing agendas, minutes, and presentations, and handle various matters involving contact with staff, board members, physicians, committees, government agencies, and the public. Responsibilities include answering and screening telephone calls, composing correspondence, fulfilling reception duties, and assisting with projects, strategic plans, and financial reports. The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive materials. All other duties as assigned.
