About The Position

Future Standard is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to Executive Committee and Management Committee leaders, including the Chief Legal Officer. This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of senior leadership through expert calendar management, travel coordination, and proactive administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills, along with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will partner closely with the Legal Department, administrative team, and colleagues across the organization to deliver seamless support in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This is an on-site role that requires agility, sound judgment, discretion, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to senior executives.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or related legal administrative support
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Expert-level organizational and calendar management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling requirements.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Assertive, self-confident, and comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including Board members, outside counsel, and regulators.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Highly motivated, service-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience working in legal, financial services or another highly regulated industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and active executive calendars, including meeting scheduling, long-range planning, recurring event management, meeting preparation, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Expertly prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts while balancing competing executive priorities.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel, including booking, itinerary management, logistics coordination, and real-time problem solving.
  • Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other executive communications.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Plan and coordinate executive meetings, client events, dinners, Board meetings, and other business functions.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of Board, governance, legal, and regulatory materials while ensuring appropriate confidentiality and document controls.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Legal Department and internal business partners, outside counsel, regulators, auditors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Track and manage critical legal, governance, regulatory, and compliance-related deadlines, meetings, and deliverables.
  • Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
  • Operate independently, resourcefully, and with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and sound judgment.
