About The Position

Presidential Exteriors is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and assist in event planning. In this role, you will play an essential part in coordinating company-wide events, managing executive schedules, and handling various administrative tasks. Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate company events, including meetings, conferences, and celebrations.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, and maintain an organized front desk area.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office runs efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, handling sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Assist with internal communications and office management tasks.
