About The Position

Experian is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to executives within the Experian Marketing Services (EMS) business unit. This role involves managing travel arrangements, preparing and reconciling expense reports, taking meeting minutes, organizing presentation materials, planning events, and assisting with new hire setup. The position offers a flexible work environment with the option to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and deliver consistent, high-quality support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Outlook for calendar management, meeting coordination, and email prioritization.
  • Experience managing complex, high-volume executive calendars across multiple time zones, including scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating logistics, and handling last-minute changes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experienced in coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Ability to monitor travel plans and adjust bookings to accommodate schedule changes, minimize disruptions, and ensure a seamless travel experience for executives.

Responsibilities

  • Book travel arrangements (international and domestic), including flights, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Take meeting minutes and track action items from meetings.
  • Ensure executives are on time for important meetings and assist with conflicts.
  • Organize presentation materials.
  • Plan events, including team building and off-sites.
  • Work with other Executive Assistants and provide backup.
  • Assist with department new hire setup, including equipment ordering, office supplies, profile setup, and onboarding meetings.
