This is a vacant position. Candidate must be a minimum age of 18 years in order to be considered. Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll commit to providing exceptional service. Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Director and Park President. Coordinate and track action items, meeting notes, and follow-up activities on behalf of the Park President and senior leadership team to ensure timely completion of key initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents for leadership meetings, operational reviews, and corporate communications. Oversee front reception operations and greet visitors in a professional, welcoming manner. Assist with planning and coordination of leadership meetings, special events, corporate visits, travel arrangements and associate engagement activities. Responsible for incoming/outgoing mail and couriers. Return Lost & Found items to guests via courier on a timely basis. Ensure all office equipment functions properly. Monitor office supplies and prepare orders for other departments. Assist in Finance area, A/R, A/P and G/L with various functions as needed. Assist with other duties as required.
