About The Position

CrowdStrike is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Product Marketing. The role partners with Product Marketing, the broader Marketing organization, and cross-functional teams to help drive alignment, accountability, and execution. The Executive Assistant is expected to act as a business partner beyond traditional administrative support by anticipating needs, understanding business priorities, connecting teams, and establishing the structure and operating rhythm that help the executive and organization perform effectively. Success requires sound judgment, discretion, communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority work streams with limited direction. The position manages executive priorities, complex calendars across global time zones, meeting preparation and follow-through, stakeholder relationships, organizational communications, and operating routines. It also owns complex domestic and international travel planning, expense reconciliation and reporting, and the planning and execution of leadership meetings, offsites, and events. Daily, hands-on use of AI tools is expected to improve speed, quality, and efficiency, and the role helps advance how the EA function operates in an AI-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting SVP- and VP-level executives in complex, global organizations.
  • Ability to operate as a business partner beyond traditional administrative responsibilities, with strong business judgment and understanding of executive priorities.
  • Exceptional calendar-management skills, including managing high-volume schedules across multiple executives, stakeholders, and global time zones.
  • Experience independently owning projects, executive meetings, offsites, and events from planning through execution.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, time-sensitive environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence interacting professionally with executives and senior leaders.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify problems, and act without waiting for direction.
  • Strong accountability and follow-through, including respectfully driving commitments and deliverables across stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach and willingness to help where needed while prioritizing the company’s interests.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, and aptitude for quickly learning new systems and technologies.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to support leadership meetings, offsites, conferences, and other key business events.
  • Experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the SVP of Product Marketing and develop a strong understanding of the executive’s priorities, organization, stakeholders, and business objectives.
  • Anticipate executive and organizational needs, identify potential issues, and act before they become blockers.
  • Manage and optimize a complex, high-volume calendar across global time zones, making prioritization decisions and resolving conflicts as business needs change.
  • Prepare the SVP for meetings and decisions by coordinating agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and relevant context.
  • Serve as a strategic gatekeeper and connector, engaging the right stakeholders and focusing executive attention on high-impact priorities.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and understand their roles, priorities, and business importance.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Establish and manage the Product Marketing organization’s operating rhythm, including leadership and staff meetings, all-hands, planning sessions, and recurring business reviews.
  • Own meeting preparation and follow-through, including agendas, materials, notes, decisions, action items, and accountability for commitments.
  • Serve as a communication hub across Product Marketing and key cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with EA peers across Marketing and the company to coordinate executive priorities, resolve scheduling and prioritization conflicts, and align leadership.
  • Plan complex domestic and international travel, including multi-leg itineraries, accommodations, ground transportation, documentation requirements, and real-time changes.
  • Brief the SVP on relevant travel considerations and coordinate with internal teams when appropriate.
  • Plan and execute Product Marketing and leadership meetings, offsites, and team events, including logistics, budgets, materials, and attendee experience.
  • Manage timely and accurate expense reconciliation and reporting, and serve as a T&E approval delegate.
  • Use AI tools daily to improve workflow speed, quality, and efficiency, including drafting communications, summarizing meetings and documents, research and travel planning, preparing briefing materials, project tracking, and operational processes.
  • Adopt new technologies and ways of working and help improve EA-function operations in an AI-driven environment.
