About The Position

DaVita is looking for its next Executive Assistant to join the Clinical Transformation Team. This individual will be crucial to the success of the department and will support one Group Vice President and one Vice President located in Denver. The Executive Assistant, Clinical Transformation provides high-level administrative and operational support to a Group Vice President and Vice President. This role serves as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, manages complex priorities, coordinates executive communications and meetings, and helps the Clinical Transformation team operate effectively.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of progressively responsible administrative experience
  • Experience supporting senior leaders
  • Advanced calendar, travel, meeting, and expense management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated discretion with confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and collaboration tools, Microsoft Co-Pilot

Responsibilities

  • Complex calendar management, prioritization, and conflict resolution
  • Preparation for leadership meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow up
  • Tracking decisions, commitments, and action items
  • Coordination with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Anticipating needs and resolving issues independently
  • Supporting team operating rhythms, planning cycles, and leadership events
  • Initiating and managing travel arrangements (plane/car/hotel)
  • Managing expense reporting
  • Attending selected team meetings as requested
  • Assisting broader team in coordination and planning (training scheduling, data entry, clinic support, travel coordination for field teammates)
