About The Position

This role involves providing executive assistance to the CEO and managing social media marketing efforts for various ventures including a patented pet and human pillow bed, storefront and e-commerce sales of Fuji Totes, and the opening of the Blvd Brew coffee shop. The EA will be responsible for daily task management, ad hoc requests, running errands, scheduling interviews, and assisting with store personnel and processes. Key responsibilities include website administration for Square and Wix, social media marketing across platforms like TikTok and Instagram, exploring advertising on Facebook, and product placement on marketplaces such as Walmart and Amazon. The role also involves assisting with television show productions, creating social media reels, and working on a podcast derived from show content. Additionally, there will be involvement with documentary showings and the promotion of books and merchandise on TikTok shop.

Requirements

Knowledge of Square POS system.
Knowledge of Canva.
Experience with social media marketing techniques for TikTok shop and Instagram.
Experience researching social media platforms, including Facebook ads.
Experience with product placement on marketplaces like Walmart, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
Experience with Wix website development.
Ability to create social media reels.
Ability to manage daily tasks and ad hoc requests.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure completion of daily to-do lists created by the CEO and reviewed twice weekly.
Complete ad hoc requests in a multi-dimensional business environment.
Run errands and schedule interviews.
Assist with the launch of a patented pet and human pillow bed, storefront, and e-commerce sales of Fuji Totes.
Support the opening of the Blvd Brew coffee shop.
Assist with store personnel, front and back store processes, and coordination of store processes.
Coordinate weekly meetings for all viable outlets, including social media.
Act as website administrator to ensure Square is running for in-store and online sales for all companies.
Explore and coordinate social media marketing techniques for TikTok shop and Instagram.
Research social media platforms, including Facebook ads.
Work on product placement on Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
Assist with all factors related to the Blvd Brew coffee shop opening in Fall 2026.
Work on Wix website development for Blvd Brew.
Assist with scheduling guests for the weekly television show and be present on show production days.
Create social media reels for all companies.
Work on a podcast using content from the 'In Black & White' television show.
Assist with potential showings of documentaries at the Goodwood Library, BRCC, and film festivals.
Promote books and Fuji Totes on TikTok shop.
Manage sales of inspirational posters, books, and patented pet/human pillow beds on the website and in-store.
