The Role As the Executive Assistant to the President, Global Marketplace, you’ll be a trusted partner providing high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, global environment. You’ll work across the HOKA, UGG, and Teva brands, enabling the President to lead a complex, cross-functional organization by driving efficiency, prioritization, and execution against key business objectives. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a global or matrixed organization
  • Experience supporting C-level or senior leadership strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional presence
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and executional excellence
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Agile and adaptable, with comfort navigating ambiguity and change
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate and optimize the President’s complex calendar, aligning with strategic priorities and global time zones
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external meetings, including leadership forums, offsites, and partner sessions
  • Coordinate sophisticated domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment in communication and prioritization
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify and implement improvements to workflows, reporting, and administrative processes
  • Manage expense reporting with accuracy and integrity, ensuring alignment with company policies
  • Provide coordination and execution support for key business initiatives and special projects
  • Facilitate a high-functioning team environment by supporting departmental needs and onboarding logistics
  • Ensure a polished and welcoming experience for executives, partners, and guests
  • Contribute to global event planning and execution by providing flexible support to the Marketplace Program Manager, including logistics, communications, and operational coordination.
