In this role, you will provide administrative assistance and coordination to a Vice President. You will act as the key contact for the executive you are supporting, manage calendars, monitor a dedicated inbox, and support the organization of meetings and events. This includes setting up and coordinating business planning sessions, staff meetings, management meetings, and one-on-one meetings. You will also coordinate travel and hotel arrangements, process expense reports, maintain team vacation schedules, procure office supplies and tech equipment, and raise awareness of relevant resources and services within the organization. Proactively seeking opportunities to provide additional value to ensure all established deadlines and commitments are met is also a key aspect of this role.
