About The Position

The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, and sound judgment. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting a senior executive in an on-site capacity.
  • Demonstrated record of exceeding expectations with a strong commitment to quality, diligence, and big-picture thinking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Intellectually curious with a desire to understand business operations, departmental synergies, and strategic initiatives.
  • Proactive, energetic, and resourceful with a strong “ownership” mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and event planning.
  • Manage and prioritize complex and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate and follow through on executive projects, ensuring proper delegation, accountability, and timely completion—often under tight deadlines.
  • Prepare, review, and assist in drafting business documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external audiences.
  • Conduct research and perform preliminary data analysis to prepare materials for executive review and presentation.
  • Develop and coordinate meeting agendas, timelines, and supplemental materials for leadership meetings and executive sessions.
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and prioritization of urgent matters.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support day-to-day operational coordination to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
