About The Position

Support International Operations leadership at Walmart by keeping priorities moving, decisions organized, and stakeholders aligned. In this Executive Assistant role, you’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate business travel and events, and craft clear communications on behalf of leaders—often with minimal direction. You’ll also help maintain reporting rhythms, handle expenses and invoices, and protect sensitive information. This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence how a global team operates day to day. About International Operations International Operations partners across markets to deliver strong business results through disciplined planning, clear communication, and operational excellence. The team runs on fast-moving priorities, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong cadence of meetings, reviews, and business updates. This role is central to how the organization executes—ensuring leaders have the right time, information, and coordination to move work forward, host visitors, and stay connected to key stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting three senior leaders with complex calendar management, travel, and event coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting executive-ready messages and editing documents
  • Ability to manage confidential information and apply sound judgment when prioritizing requests
  • Proficiency building and maintaining reports, templates, and basic forecasting/reconciliation tracking
  • Comfort coordinating across stakeholders and adapting quickly to shifting priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in field, administration, operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects, business events, and travel by researching options, optimizing cost, and building agendas and timelines
  • Own complex calendar management, meeting logistics, and room/technology needs while anticipating prep time and key attendees
  • Draft, edit, and send communications; triage messages and follow up to drive timely resolution
  • Compile and maintain reports, templates, and business data; reconcile information and escalate risks
  • Process invoices and expense reports while maintaining confidentiality and security standards
