Banesco USA is seeking an Executive Assistant for our Executive Department. This role is responsible for assisting the President & CEO in all day-to-day administrative functions of the bank. The Executive Assistant will manage and monitor executive documents, correspondence, and digital communication. They will coordinate the President’s calendar, organize agendas, and handle event registrations and RSVPs. Additionally, this role partners with Corporate Governance in the elaboration and coordination of the Annual Committee and Board calendars. The Executive Assistant serves as a liaison between the executive office and staff, customers, regulators, and Banesco Group companies. They will organize annual board and committee meetings, ensuring all presentation materials are prepared for dual-platform delivery. Travel and accommodations for the CEO, Board members, and staff will be arranged, and accurate expense reports will be prepared and maintained. The role also involves performing monthly reconciliations of petty cash and corporate credit cards, and reviewing invoices prior to approval. Ensuring 100% completion of mandated annual training programs and professional development certifications is crucial, as is maintaining up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations by consistently completing all assigned annual training. The Executive Assistant will execute additional responsibilities and special projects as directed by executive leadership, and perform other functions and/or duties as assigned.
