About The Position

Pindrop is hiring a seasoned, self-directed Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner and operational extension to the CEO. The role manages the CEO’s time, priorities, and communication so the CEO and leadership team can focus on high-impact work. The Executive Assistant is expected to exercise sound judgment, executive presence, and delegated authority, anticipate needs, make decisions independently within their remit, and keep work moving without frequent direction. The position owns the CEO’s calendar and protects focus time, maintains a sustainable meeting cadence, coordinates complex domestic and international travel, and prepares concise meeting briefs, background materials, talking points, and polished executive-ready documents. It tracks decisions and action items, drafts and reviews communications in the CEO’s voice, and serves as a discreet liaison among the CEO, executive team, board members, and external partners. The role also introduces lightweight operational systems, uses AI and modern productivity tools to streamline workflows, and handles sensitive information confidentially. Pindrop is a cybersecurity company providing identity verification across voice, video, and digital interactions. The company describes its workplace as remote-first, with regular team on-sites, company-wide events, and intentional in-person gatherings. The role’s first 30, 60, and 90 days focus on learning the CEO’s priorities and working style, establishing effective operating rhythms, and ultimately owning the CEO’s cadence while reducing unnecessary decisions and touchpoints.
