Executive Assistant to CEO

About The Position

A fast-growing, founder-led company is hiring a fully remote Executive Assistant to work directly with its CEO. The role is intended to buy back the CEO’s time by organizing his work, protecting his schedule, and keeping business priorities moving. The CEO creates social media content, leads the company’s highest-value sales, and provides creative strategy on client ad accounts. The assistant will build structure, hold the CEO accountable to it, and communicate candidly. The position focuses on business matters; household and family logistics are handled by a separate on-site Life Manager. The assistant will own the CEO’s calendar and daily priorities, triage messages, track decisions and deliverables requiring the CEO’s input, and coordinate reporting and team follow-ups. The role also supports high-value sales and coaching calls, social media content operations, new offer launches, business travel, and administration. It includes building and maintaining trackers, SOPs, checklists, and recurring process documentation. The position is fully remote and full-time as a 1099 independent contractor. The schedule is Monday through Friday during US Eastern Time business hours, with availability for urgent items. Success includes taking calendar management, inbox triage, and reporting off the CEO’s plate within the first 90 days, and establishing a dependable weekly operating rhythm over the following 6–12 months.
