Executive Assistant to CEO

About The Position

A fast-growing, founder-led company is hiring a fully remote Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO. The role is intended to buy back the CEO’s time by organizing his work, protecting his schedule, and keeping business priorities moving. The CEO creates social media content, leads the company’s highest-value sales, and provides creative strategy for client advertising accounts. This is an active, operational partnership: the Executive Assistant is expected to build structure, maintain accountability, and provide candid input. The role focuses on business matters; household and family logistics are handled by a separate on-site Life Manager. The position supports calendar and priority management, inbox and message triage, client and internal decision tracking, company reporting, sales and content operations, new-offer launches, travel, and business administration. It also builds and maintains operating systems such as trackers, SOPs, checklists, and recurring process documentation. The role is full-time, 1099 independent contractor work, fully remote, Monday through Friday during US Eastern Time business hours, with availability for urgent items. Success in the first 90 days means taking calendar management, inbox triage, and reporting flow off the CEO’s plate; maintaining a live tracker of items awaiting the CEO; and preventing client creative work from remaining stalled. Within 6–12 months, the Executive Assistant is expected to establish a weekly operating rhythm so the business does not depend on the CEO remembering or personally driving every item, allowing him to focus on content and high-value sales.
