About The Position

This role serves as an Executive Assistant, providing comprehensive support to leadership. The position involves coordinating projects and events, managing complex calendars, handling financial and business data, and acting as a key liaison for internal and external communications. The Executive Assistant will leverage business knowledge to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations. The role also emphasizes supporting company values, fostering a positive work environment, and driving excellence in all tasks. This position is crucial in supporting leadership and the company by serving as an associate contact and resource, obtaining information, and offering solutions to filter and prioritize requests for leadership time and attention. It involves mentoring, offering guidance, and delegating to other assistants, resolving internal and external customer requests, and developing and maintaining an internal network to share and escalate information. The role also includes conducting technical coordinator activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in field, administration, operations, or related area.
