This is not a traditional administrative role — this person will operate as a strategic partner and force multiplier inside a fast-moving, high-growth organization. The ideal candidate thrives in high-accountability environments, can anticipate needs before they arise, and understands how to protect and optimize the CEO’s time, focus, and operational rhythm. This role requires professionalism, discretion, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to execute at a high level in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. This is a fully onsite role based in Bentonville, Arkansas.
