About The Position

The Executive Assistant provides administrative, operational, and administrative support services. This includes, but is not limited to, general administrative support skills such as typing/word processing, proofreading, creating, and preparing reports, processing correspondence, filing, scheduling meetings, receiving visitors, telephone skills and etiquette, maintaining files, conducting special projects and/or other administrative duties as assigned. This role requires a high degree of responsibility, accountability, flexibility, confidentiality, and discretion. The Executive Assistant must have effective rapport with executive staff and executive administrative support staff, physicians, office staff, patients, and visitors. This role maintains confidentiality and discretion with information pertaining to Network or personnel issues.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Five (5) years of administrative support experience on an executive/administrative assistant level or office management experience, preferably in the healthcare field, required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Maintain a professional, organized office environment and communicate effectively with diplomacy and courtesy
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Kronos and PeopleSoft preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and events
  • Manage mail, office supply ordering, subscriptions, and publications
  • Provide project support, maintain files, and ensure confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
