The Executive Assistant provides administrative, operational, and administrative support services. This includes, but is not limited to, general administrative support skills such as typing/word processing, proofreading, creating, and preparing reports, processing correspondence, filing, scheduling meetings, receiving visitors, telephone skills and etiquette, maintaining files, conducting special projects and/or other administrative duties as assigned. This role requires a high degree of responsibility, accountability, flexibility, confidentiality, and discretion. The Executive Assistant must have effective rapport with executive staff and executive administrative support staff, physicians, office staff, patients, and visitors. This role maintains confidentiality and discretion with information pertaining to Network or personnel issues.
