Requirements

  • High School Diploma and/or General Education Degree (GED) Equivalent.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent Computer Skills & Knowledge.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Greets and assists Customers, Visitors, Vendors, etc
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, friendly, and professional manner
  • Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
  • Purchases supplies.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including computer, a copy machine, etc
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received.
  • Makes change and issues receipts to customers.
  • Approves new charge accounts and oversees collection of past due accounts.
  • Prepares daily bank deposit and cash report.
  • Computes customer bills.
  • Provides refunds and/or credit memorandums to Customers for returned merchandise or as directed by Management.
  • Provides clerical and secretarial assistance to departments as needed.
  • Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence and prepares outgoing mail.
  • Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
  • Keeps work area neat and clean.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
