About The Position

Our client, a fast-growing luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Executive Assistant to support daily operations, customer communications, and e-commerce activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys providing exceptional service, and can effectively manage administrative, operational, and client-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to grow with an entrepreneurial luxury brand.

Requirements

  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Proven Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Support experience
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities
  • Experience using Shopify for product management, website updates, or inventory management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
  • Comfortable communicating with customers through multiple channels

  • Experience supporting executives, founders, or entrepreneurs
  • Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, fashion, or premium consumer brands
  • Sales experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Experience with e-commerce operations and order fulfillment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support platforms

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and administrative support to business leadership
  • Deliver a white-glove customer experience via email, text, phone, and social media
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Track and manage customer orders from inquiry through delivery
  • Coordinate production timelines and communicate updates to customers
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships
  • Manage invoices, order records, calendars, and administrative processes
  • Assist with project coordination and day-to-day business operations
  • Update and maintain product listings on Shopify
  • Upload new products and make website updates as needed
  • Assist with inventory management and general e-commerce operations
  • Support internal processes and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
