About The Position

For the first ~90 days, this role will provide interim Office Manager coverage during a planned leave, before transitioning fully into a dedicated Executive Assistant position supporting the CEO and Chief of Staff. At this time, LEAP is only considering candidates who are currently located in the Denver metropolitan area. Executive Support (Primary) Manage complex calendars for the CEO and Chief of Staff, aligning time to company priorities Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics across internal and external stakeholders Prepare leaders for meetings with clear context, materials, and objectives Track and drive action items across leadership and cross-functional teams Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of leadership Operational & Administrative Ownership Maintain oversight of day-to-day office operations to ensure a clean, functional, and professional environment Coordinate vendors, supplies, and facilities-related needs Support onboarding logistics and in-office team experience Assist in executing internal events, leadership meetings, and team touchpoints Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a central coordination point across teams to reduce friction and maintain alignment Partner with the Chief of Staff on special projects and high-priority initiatives Produce Clear Deliverables Highly organized, priority-aligned executive calendars Meeting agendas, briefs, and follow-up summaries with tracked action items Company-wide travel plans and logistics coordination Clear, concise communication drafts Structured documentation supporting leadership visibility and execution Well-maintained office systems and vendor coordination Impacts and Outcomes Leadership time is consistently aligned to highest-impact priorities Key initiatives move forward without delay due to strong coordination and follow-through The office environment enables productivity without distraction or gaps Communication across teams is clear, actionable, and timely Risks and conflicts are identified early and addressed proactively High standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and reliability are maintained The role exercises strong judgment and ownership in day-to-day decision-making

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of direct experience supporting a CEO required
  • Additional experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong judgment
  • Proven experience operating in high-accountability environments with minimal oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and workflows
  • Currently located in the Denver metropolitan area

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite, and Jira
  • Exposure to aerospace, defense, or technically complex environments
